Quality control
From the source and inspection of raw material(IQC)to the final test and inspection of finished products(FQC)before delivery, the quality is controlled strictly so as to guarantee the products what customer received from Alfatek Technology Co., Ltd. is comply with the factory inspection standard of Acceptable Quality Level(AQL)Level-major defect 2.5 and minor defect 4.0.
Warranty
The warranty of products is one year from the date of shipping for the goods under normal use excluding batteries and other expendable accessories.
